LISHOU SLIMMING COFFEE GUIDE

Reminders:

1. Drink 1 sachet of coffee every day 15 minutes after breakfast.

2. Don’t drink the coffee with an empty stomach. Please eat heavy

breakfast.

3. Dissolve 1 sachet of coffee in 100 ml of hot water(half cup of water )

4. Don’t skip your meals. Eat 3x a day.

5. Drink a lot of water 3-4 liters a day so that you stay hydrated.

6. Don't take any slimming products while you are drinking the

slimming coffee.

Normal reactions:

1. Dry lips and always thirsty

2. Feeling full but NEVER skip your meals

3. Always urinating

4. Feeling sleepy during daytime

5. Feeling active at night if this happens drink the coffee every other day

6. No irregular bowel movement.

Note: If you feel other complications aside from these, please stop drinking.

Contraindication:

1. Inappropriate for children under 18 years old and over 60 years of age.

2. Pregnant women

4. Non-coffee drinker

5. People with different heart diseases and kidney problem.
