1. Order Processing Time
* Buy Now Products (On-hand):
-Processing time is immediate once payment is confirmed.
-Delivery: 1-2 days within Germany, up to 1 week outside Germany.
*Pre-Order Products:
-Processing begins only after stock arrives.
-Delivery : 2-3 weeks or more , depending on stock availability.
-If stock is unavailable in the main warehouse, delays may be longer.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
* No refunds or cancellations are allowed for in-stock or pre-order products once payments is confirmed.
*Pre-orders may only be canceled if we cannot fulfill your order due to stock issues- in which case, a refund will be issued.
2. Shipping & Responsibility
* Once the parcel is shipped, all responsibility transfers to the courier.
* Damaged items: Courier is responsible .No Refund or replacement will be provided for damage caused during shipping.
* Missing items: Contact the courier company directly. Once shipped, the parcel is no longer under our responsibility.
4. Respect & Communication
-Repeated messages or threats will not be speed up your order.
-Impatient or disrespectful clients may have their order delayed or blocked.
-Respectful clients gets priority and mystery gift.
